The Headhunter ltd presented today in Tirana “People First” project team, a project financed by USAID and Sweden Embassy in Albania related to tourism growth through qualified human resources, an approach focused on human resources to stimulate job growth and employment in the Albanian tourism sector.
This two-year project was first introduced on December 15th 2016 in Tirana and it is now in the implementation phase.
The project will create partnerships between potential employees, professional training centers and businesses, and will also create the paths for potential employees, especially youngster and women, to gain knowledge and become part of labor force. This project will be concentrated in four tourist destinations in Albania: Southern Riviera, Durres-Kavaja corridor, Albanian alps/Shkodra and also in Korce, including Ohrid Lake, Pogradec and Voskopoja.
