In this meeting, except for the directing team of the main office in Tirana, were present also the directors of The Headhunter branches in Kosovo, Macedonia and Bosnia Herzegovina.

Besides from the company growth by 128% since it was founded in 2012, there was also a discussion about the steps that should be taken to further consolidation and improvement, which is an obligation to The Headhunter, judging by its expansion in countries like The United States and Greece.

Among The Headhunter achievements, there was also highlighted the number of recruitments in Albania, which, last year only, reached the number of 1308 human resources, meanwhile The Headhunter has a number of 1500 other employees who have signed their contracts also in 2016 and now work for different companies in Albania and abroad, within the innovative service of “staff leasing”, a service offered by the group for all companies.

Meanwhile, Kosovo and Macedonia aren’t far behind when it comes to achievements and offering of the same services.

It was impossible not to mention The Headhunter success in trainings, where, during the last two years only, the experts of our group have trained and qualified over 5500 employees of public institutions, such as OSHEE (Electric Energy Distribution Organization) and Durres Portual Authority (the biggest port of Albania), related to important subjects such as giving quality customer services, health and safety in the work place and so on.

Choosing Dhermi for this seminar wasn’t by chance, since in this gem of Albanian nature and coast, lately has started its preparations the creation of the first Albanian Tourism Academy, within the well known project “People first”, a project that was received with much enthusiasm and eagerness by all very welcoming locals, who are interested in developing qualitative and elite tourism.
